Description
This is the sort of cake I teach my students.
It has Garrett Frills made from sugarpaste with Gum Tragacanth added to make a modelling paste, and sugar flowers - Rose, Chinese Jasmine, Freesia and eucalyptus leavs.
It was made for a friend of mine to give to his Mum.
I was really pleased to make this one for him as he was one of my first customers nearly 10 years ago!
