Do you have a rough caculation of how many cakes you have made overall?
Have completely lost count of the birthday cakes, but I know it was 500 within 2 years of starting, and I was making less cakes then.
I have been in business for 9 years, but played with cakes for a year before that.
My mum used to make cakes when I was younger & sell them, she was really good - I guess seeing your cakes just reminds me of when I was younger means a lot to me
