A photo I found on my computer when rummaging for pics for a calender.

This was originally one of a two tier cake I delivered to the 5 star St Davids Hotel in Cardiff Bay. Just one of those beautiful sunny days, the light in the background was the light coming in through the window.

The chocolate ruffles were made using Callebaut white chocolate callets and a frozen granite slab.

There are white chocolate cigarillos around the side, then I crumbled some up to cover the cake drum.

I believe there was chocolate creme sponge cake with chocolate fudge filling inside.

White Choc Ruffles by *Dragonsanddaffodils. Truly a 5-star work of art and almost too pretty to eat and this artist even has it featured in one of her calendars that are also in her gallery. Made using Callebaut white chocolate and the inside is chocolate. ( Suggested by `OneFreeInternet and Featured by `Kitten-of-Woe )
