<Happy 11th Birthday matthew!
My son is having is cousins over for a birthday tea this evening, and this is a quick cake for him
(He is having a wolf for his cinema trip with his school friends on Sunday)
It is chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream inside, chocolate fudge round the outside and French chocolate freezer wraps circling the cake.
The wolf and the moon were made by free hand cutting semi set chocolate and painting/stippling tempered chocolate onto the top.
The base for the wolf and moon are sitting on a plaque of musical transfer sheet chocolate.
I then scattered chocolate shavings around.
