Chocolate Pots for a wedding
I really enjoyed making these, they allowed me quite a lot of leeway, so I could make all nice bits and pieces to decorate them.
We made 90 desserts, but my favourite to make were the orange and red flame chocolate pots.
There were mixed flavours of sponges inside including lemon, chocolate creme and juicy raspberry. All topped with chocolate fudge and various chocolate and fresh fruit decorations.
The wedding venue was City Hall in Cardiff and they asked for pictures of the cake in the room, and I couldn't resist trying to include the incredible floral displays in the background.
