Well, I was honoured to be asked to create this cake.

About the Cake

It took about 2 days to do
Was carved from a 12" square sponge cake
Filled with Jam and Buttercream
Carved to shape
Covered the lower half of the Dalek in white sugarpaste icing
Covered the top half in black sugarpaste.
Gradually added all the details in white sugarpaste
Painted with silver and three colours of gold

I do not own this image. Presumably the property of BBC and Doctor Who This is just a cake!

I LOVE THIS!!!! The only thing I'd want to add for my own fun- Some sort of speaker underneath, so that when the birthday boy/girl went to blow out the candles, it would yell "EXTERMINATE!"
