Just felt very blessed to have a phone call out of the blue asking if I would make a birthday cake for WBO Lightweight Nathan Cleverly!

They wanted a cake in the shape of a boxing glove for a press call/photoshoot and would then also put it on their Facebook page too.

so exciting!

If you add that to the cake I was asked to make for Enrique Iglesias, it felt like lightening striking twice, so lucky!


Anyway, the shop is doing well, settling in nicely, still very busy with the teaching too, and the cake articles.  I have a new article coming out end of April in Cakes and Sugarcraft magazine of a how to article on making a cake in the shape of a tool box including tools.

I am hoping for some quiet time to get my rusty pencils out because I do miss them.  Happy creating guys x
